Leveraging on many years of all-round practice experience, Mr Hoe helps his clients structure complex property transactions. These include the acquisition, disposition, planning, development, financing and leasing of commercial, industrial and residential property.
Mr Hoe was educated at St. Andrew's School, Singapore and graduated from the University of Singapore with a LL.B. Honours Degree in 1977. After admission to the Singapore Bar in 1978, he commenced legal practice in Shook Lin & Bok as a litigator. He then joined Ng Ong & Chwee where he became a Partner in 1980. In 1981, he became a Partner in Keh Kee Guan & Co. He commenced practice under the name and style on Henry Hoe & Co in 1985 where he remained until he became a founding Partner of A.ANG, SEAH & HOE in 1998.
Besides extensive experience as a property practitioner and as a litigator for various insurance companies and local and foreign businesses, Mr Hoe has also acted as an advocate in criminal matters. Recently, he was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for his dedicated service in the Law Society of Singapore's Criminal Legal Aid Scheme since its inception.
Mr Hoe's public and professional service includes being a non-executive director, independent director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of SMB United Ltd and a member of its Nominating and Remuneration Committee.
